IMAGINIF LTD uses your name, email, business details, brief, material links and terms acceptance record to process your commission, deliver it and handle accounting or disputes. The basis is taking steps to enter and perform your contract, and meeting applicable legal obligations.
Briefs and order records are stored outside this website’s public directory. Payment details are collected by Stripe, not by this form. We link the payment to your brief using an order reference. We do not add you to a marketing list or publish supplied materials.
We retain paid-order records for applicable accounting and legal requirements, then delete or anonymise them when no longer needed. Unpaid briefs are retained for up to 30 days. Only people and service providers needed to process your order receive access. Production providers receive only material needed to create the commissioned content.
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and complain to your local data protection authority. To ask about your data, contact jpbobbaers@imaginif.com.
