Commission Terms
Version 2026-10-20-v1 · Please read before payment.
Your order. The Song: €99, approximately 3:15, WAV/MP3. The Reel: €199, 35-second MP4. The Full Film: €749, approximately 3:15 MP4 plus WAV/MP3. Your selected package and submitted brief form the order. Three revision rounds within that brief are included. The total and any applicable tax are shown before payment.
Acceptance and refunds. Payment is followed by a suitability review. Every product, business and concept must fit Lucan’s image. If declined, the full amount paid is refunded to the original payment method. We confirm the brief and delivery schedule before production. If we cannot agree a schedule, you may receive a full refund before work begins.
Production and revisions. We seek approval of lyrics before song production and of the song before video production. Each revision round is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed brief. A new concept, extra versions or changes to an approved stage require a separate quote and your agreement. We correct our own delivery errors without using your included revision rounds.
Your usage rights. Once fully paid and delivered, you receive a worldwide, perpetual commercial licence to use the finished content on your channels, website and in paid advertising, including use by agencies acting for you. No artist credit is required. Required AI disclosures still apply. This is a licence to the finished work; exclusive ownership or copyright registration is not promised.
Lucan’s identity. Lucan is an AI-created artist. His character, likeness, voice, reference assets and underlying models remain ours or their respective owners’. You may not extract, clone, train on or use them to create new performances. Normal resizing, captioning and excerpts of your finished content are allowed. Posting on Lucan’s channels is not included.
Your materials. You confirm you have permission to use supplied logos, photographs, names and other materials, and that product claims you supply are accurate. We use your brief and materials to fulfil and administer your order, not as public reference material. We will not publish your commissioned work in a portfolio without permission.
Cancellation and delivery. You may cancel for a full refund before production starts. After work starts, any cancellation settlement reflects work actually completed and is agreed with you; no additional fee is charged without agreement. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, we refund it. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Any legally required consent to begin during a cancellation period is obtained separately before production starts.
